Our raised pork pies come in three sizes small (x8), medium (x6) and large (x4). The meat is locally sourced from Stacey’s Farm meats in Looe Cornwall. The pigs are free range and are born and reared outside so are free to forage around in the field. We use belly and shoulder meat in our pies together with bacon, parsley, thyme, sea salt and black pepper. We use our shortcrust pastry for these products.
