Moroccan Spiced Lamb Pie (x6)
Our Moroccan Spiced Lamb Pies are made with lamb neck purchased from Stacey’s Farm Meats in Looe. The lamb necks are marinated for 24 hours in Moroccan spices. Once marinated it is cooked very slowly in a rich lamb stock, together with tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, chickpeas, apricots, raisins, onions and garlic until it is very tender.
