Broad Bean & Spinach Tart (x8)
This is a 4” individual tart. We line the case with our shortcrust pastry which is then blind baked. The case is then filled with chopped spinach and shucked broad beans. This is topped with a sprinkling of nutmeg and filled with our seasoned eggs and soya cheese batter.
