Asparagus & Red Pepper Flan (x8)
This is a 4” individual tart. We line the case with our shortcrust pastry which is then blind baked. We fill the tart case with chopped roasted red peppers and chopped asparagus then it’s filled with our seasoned egg and soya cream batter. The tart is then topped with asparagus spears and finely chopped red peppers.
