Stilton, Pear & Walnut Tart (x8)
This is a 4” individual tart. We line the case with our shortcrust pastry which is then blind baked. We fill this case with chopped walnuts, stilton cheese and sage. This case is filled with a batter of seasoned eggs and crème fraiche then topped with sliced pears.
