Caramelised Onion & Feta Cheese Tart (x8)
This is a 4” individual tart. We line the case with our shortcrust pastry which is then blind baked. We fill the tart with our caramelised onions. (Red onions are cooked slowly with vegetable stock, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar until they become sticky). The onions are then topped with feta cheese.
